Dwell upon your problem all day long.
Believe your problem is right, not wrong.
Think your problem dropped out of The Blue.
That no-one endured such troubles as you.

Know you’ve been cursed, never blessed.
Permit your problem to erode your strengths.
Stay tense and tight - lay awake all night.
Let your problem dim the first rays of light.

Believe your problem is well-deserved.
Predict everything can only get worse.
See gloomy clouds watching you.
Think false words, “You’re just no good.”

Stay far from waterfalls and rains.
Out of deep forests and pristine lakes.
Moonlight must not touch your face.
Nature must not replenish your faith.

Let this problem dull all your senses.
Smear monotones across your affections.
Inspiration, your problem must mask.
Twisting into knots, the Brilliance you are.

Imagine your problem has no cure.
Wrap in innocence that refuses to mature.
Placate your problem with sugar and news.
Do not ingest fresh thoughts and foods.

Never give up your problem’s sly game.
Nor face it point-blank and call its True Name.
Hide your problem from the Counsel of the Wise.
Avoid the metamorphic flames of Sacred Fires.

We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.
